The City of Dallas is closely monitoring the national outbreak of the novel coronavirus, now known as COVID-19. The City is working with our public health partners at Dallas County Health and Human Services (DCHHS), The Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to ensure the city has best practices in place for the general public. 


Dallas County Public Health Committee has lowered the COVID-19 threat level to RED; meaning higher risk of transmission. COVID-19 tests are available around Dallas. For a list of testing sites see below and for a listing of vaccination sites visit www.vaccines.gov. 

Where to go for testing:


• Dallas residents can book appointments at cityofdallasmobiletesting.com or call 1-888-601-0568
• Parkland Memorial Hospital patients can call 214-590-8060
• Parkland Health will offer COVID-19 testing and vaccines to the public by appointment only at Parkland’s Community Oriented Primary Care (COPC) health centers located throughout Dallas County. Individuals can call the Parkland COVID-19 help line at 214-590-7000 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday – Saturday to schedule an appointment
