Right now, you might be worried about COVID19 and how it is continuing to affect your life and those around you. Your worries may be around staying safe at home or avoiding other people, as well as lockdown easing and the future. This may feel difficult or stressful for you.

Safe Connection – Local support for people facing suicide
Safe Connections is a partnership approach to providing local support for people facing suicide in Havering, Barking & Dagenham and right across North East London. If you live or you are a professional working in these Boroughs and are concerned about yourself, have been recently bereaved by suicide or need to access training you can access services using the following link:
