Within a few degrees of Thursday for most areas, as much as 12 to 18 degrees below average for the mountains. Highs in the lower 60s near the coast to mostly in the 60s for inland coastal areas and the valleys, in the upper 50s to mid 60s for the Apple and Lucerne Valleys, in the mid 70s to lower 80s for the lower deserts, and in the mid 40s to mid 50s for the mountains for elevations from 4500 to 7000 feet.

Areas of gusty southwest to west winds for the mountains and deserts through Friday night, strongest Friday afternoon and evening with the stronger gusts to 55 to 65 mph and isolated gusts to 75 mph.
