Purpose: To announce a 30-day public comment period for the Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver application before submission to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)
Comment period begins: 8 a.m., Monday, May 18, 2020
Comment period ends: 4 p.m. Wednesday, June 17, 2020

DHS requests public comments on CADI Waiver application
DHS requests comments on proposed policy changes for the Community Access for Disability Inclusion (CADI) Waiver application (PDF) before we submit it to the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
As part of the five-year renewal process to continue the CADI Waiver program, DHS will submit the application to CMS with an effective date of Oct. 1, 2020.
Process to submit comments
Email comments to DSD.PublicComments@state.mn.us no later than 4 p.m., Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
We will also accept comments by mail. Mail written comments to:
