• Heavy rain and flash flooding possible - Southern Plains to Lower Mississippi Valley; Central Rockies to Great Lakes
• Severe thunderstorms possible - south Texas
• COVID-19

Tropical Activity:
• Atlantic: Remnants of Gonzalo - FINAL; Tropical Storm Hanna; Disturbance 1 - High (90%)
• Eastern Pacific: Tropical cyclone activity is not expected during the next 5 days
• Central Pacific: Hurricane Douglas (CAT 1)
• Western Pacific: No activity affecting U.S. interests

Declaration Activity:
• Emergency Declaration Approved - Hawaii
• Emergency Declaration Request - Texas
