Patent Public Search (PPUBs) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on PPUBs from midnight-2 a.m. ET on Saturday, May 4.
During this deployment period, PPUBs will be unavailable.
Credit Card Payment Maintenance
Due to third-party system maintenance activities, credit/debit card payments will not be accepted from 6-10 p.m. ET on Saturday, May 4.
During the maintenance period, the following USPTO storefronts will be unable to accept credit/debit card payments:
• Patent Center
• Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System (P-TACTS)
• Patent Maintenance Fees Storefront (FPNG)
• Trademark Electronic Application System (TEAS)
• Trademark Electronic Application System International (TEASI)
• Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA)

• Office of Enrollment and Discipline Customer Interface (OEDCI)
• Certified Copy Center (CCC)
Customers with an already established USPTO Deposit Account or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) Account may still pay using one of these payment methods during the maintenance window.
If you are unable to wait until the maintenance activity has concluded to pay a fee, the following alternative options are available:

PTAB Customers: If your deadline is today for the petition filing and/or other associated documents to a pending America Invents Act (AIA) case and you cannot file electronically via the Patent Trial and Appeal Case Tracking System, (P-TACTS) you may use an alternative filing method. Please visit the PTAB-E2E FAQ page: P-TACTS FAQs (uspto.gov) and see A2 for information concerning your America Invents Act (AIA) petition filing and/or document filing using P-TACTS alternative filing methods. If you have any questions, contact PTAB during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., ET by telephone at 571-272-7822 or email at Trials@uspto.gov.

P-OA2XML Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on P-OA2XML from midnight-5:30 a.m.ET on Tuesday, May 7.
During the maintenance period, DOCX and XML downloads will not be available in Private PAIR and Patent Center.
Publication Site for Issued and Published Sequences (PSIPS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on PSIPS systems from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Tuesday, May 7.
During the maintenance period, PSIPS will be unavailable.
Users should refrain from attempting to submit new search requests during the maintenance period.
Integrated Quality System (IQS) Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance on the Integrated Quality System (IQS) systems from midnight-5:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 8.
During the maintenance period, IQS will be unavailable.
Multiple Systems Maintenance
The USPTO will perform routine maintenance affecting multiple systems from midnight- 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, May 7 ET.
During this maintenance period, availability of Supplemental Content data for new applications and follow-ons filed will be delayed in Patent Center.
