Subject: Scheduled Maintenance for Affordable Care Act Information Systems (AIR) on Labor Day Weekend

The AIR Production environment will be unavailable due to scheduled maintenance from:

Saturday, September 5, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time until Tuesday, September 8, 2020, at 5:00 a.m. Eastern time

Please do not attempt to access the Production AIR System via the Application to Application (A2A) and User Interface (UI) Channels during the maintenance period.

The AATS environment will be available during this timeframe with the exception of the weekly maintenance window from Saturday midnight to Sunday noon.

Please monitor the AIR System Operational Status Page for any updates.
