Dear BRS Stakeholder,

The APHIS eFile homepage is now live for all users! APHIS eFile is part of our commitment to improve the customer experience by reducing regulatory burden and offering intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences.

What can I do with APHIS eFile?

  • Determine your permitting needs using a brief self-service assistant/pre-screening questionnaire
  • Find resources to contact BRS and learn more about APHIS and its regulatory programs
  • Any BRS applicants participating in the APHIS eFile Pilot can apply for and manage import, interstate movement, transit, and release permits

Please note that BRS applicants may continue to use ePermits for their permitting needs. In the future, APHIS eFile will replace ePermits for all regulatory applications. Authorizations issued in ePermits will remain in ePermits and retain all reporting and other requirements in the system they were issued.
