You might find somewhere to stay by contacting:

• Queen Victoria Seamen’s Rest (QVSR) – located in Tower Hamlets. QVSR provides housing and welfare support to active and retired seafarers, veterans of the armed forces and other homeless men with low support needs. Call 020 7987 5466 or email enquiries@qvsr.org.uk.
• Missionaries of Charity – Gift of love – located in Southwark and Westminster. They can assist single homeless people aged 25+ with low support needs, particularly those who have been sleeping rough and have no recourse to public funds. No local connection is required. 
  • For men’s accommodation call 020 7620 1504 after 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday – no referrals are accepted on Thursday or Sunday.
  • For women’s accommodation call 020 8960 2644 after 4pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday or Saturday – no referrals are accepted on Thursday or Sunday.
• Bethany House – located in Islington provides clean, safe, secure, female only, temporary accommodation for women, aged 18 and over. Call 0207 837 3420 or email bethanyhouseinfo@sih.org
• Nightstop London – located in Southwark supports people aged 16 to 25. Call 020 7939 1234 between 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday or email nightstop.london@depaulcharity.org.uk
• Causeway Irish Housing Association – can help single people aged 18 and over by providing shared housing. Call 020 8365 1751 between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Thursday.

• The Hackney Greenhouse – provides free housing, healthcare and welfare support in Hackney through the joint working of Hackney Council, the NHS and Thames Reach.
• East End Citizens Advice – provide advice and information about homelessness
• Shelter – provide advice about all areas of housing including homelessness
• Crisis – provide advice on a range of issues including housing and homelessness
• Single Homeless Project – provides a range of services to those who are homeless and tenancy support to help people to sustain their tenancies
• St Mungos – operates a range of accommodation services from basic shelters and hostels to supported and semi-independent housing
• Hackney Law Centre – provides independent legal advice including on areas of housing law and welfare benefit issues
• Off Centre – provides counselling, therapy, advocacy, advice and psychosocial service for young people aged between 11 and 25 who live, work or study in Hackney
• New Horizon Youth Centre – supports 16-24 year olds who are homeless or unsafe in London
• Hackney Opportunities – offers a free employment service for Hackney residents including access to exclusive local job vacancies

• Alone in London – provides advice and emergency housing to young people aged 16 to 25
