Part 1.11 - Deer Hunting SeasonDEC is proposing this rulemaking to establish a bow and muzzleloader deer hunting season in the Southern Zone during the Christmas and New Year holiday week. Part 182; ECL Sections 3-0301 and 11-0535DEC is proposing this rulemaking to improve project review by removing some project types from the review process that are known not to cause harm and continues to protect threatened and endangered species. Part 41 - Sanitary Conditions of Shellfish Lands (2020)DEC is proposing this rulemaking to prevent shellfish harvesting from areas that do not meet water standards and protect public health. This rulemaking also increases opportunities for shellfish harvest from areas whose water quality now meets standards. |
