What is the Teach Climate Network?

The Teach Climate Network is an organization established in 2006 by the Will Steger Foundation. The Network operates under the theory that communities collectively hold the power to innovate and demand climate change solutions. This is achieved by empowering individuals in their communities to make long-term, lasting change and requires building climate literacy, understanding personal connections to climate change, and developing powerful advocates through a model of collaboration and partnership.

The Teach Climate Network provides teaching tips, resources, inspiration, and community networking with educators from all disciplines, grade levels, and educational settings to help create a world of resilient communities with equitable solutions to climate change.

The 2020 Workshop Series are workshops based on five best practices of climate change education and featuring the most popular resources, tips, and tools. View past and register for upcoming workshops.
