House Bill 295
Establish requirements for low-speed electric scooters
To amend sections 1345.022, 4501.01, 4509.01, 4511.01, 4511.513, 4511.522, 4511.68, and 4511.711 and to enact section 4511.514 of the Revised Code to amend the law related to unsafe tires, establish requirements governing low-speed micromobility devices, and to make other changes to the law related to special modes of transportation.
