HHSC will be participating in the National Core Indicators Staff Stability Survey 2021. We recognize the need for reliable data on the quality and stability of the Direct Support Professional workforce working with adult Texans with IDD. Help us gather the data we need by answering a few questions about your organization or agency. Based on the information provided on this questionnaire, HSRI/NCI, on behalf of HHSC, will email invitations to participate in this year’s web-based Staff Stability Survey.

* 1. The name of the HR person or CEO for your corporate office who would best be able to answer questions on the number of staff employed, length of employment, compensation, etc.
  • Some agencies are small and do not have multiple sites or a corporate office. Please provide the name of the person who can best answer staffing questions for your entire organization.
  • Some agencies operate in multiple sites and multiple states. We only want information on Texas employees. This may mean that we need the name of the individual responsible for Texas operations, not necessarily the national HR office. We do not want a contact for each site in Texas, but a single point of contact who can give us information about all of your workers in Texas.
