Since 1 January 2021 the UK is a third country.
- 1.Which justice and home affairs (JHA) databases (e.g. Prüm) and agreements (e.g. passenger name records, the Terrorist Finance Tracking Programme) is the UK still part of? Please list all of the agreements, including the legal bases for still being part of them, and please list all other third countries enjoying the same rights.
- 2.In which areas in the JHA sphere does the UK currently enjoy special treatment (e.g. data transfers without adequacy decisions)? Please list all areas, including the legal bases for this special treatment, and please list all other third countries enjoying the same rights.
