Free End of Life Care Webinars

16 - 19 November 2021

The North West Coast clinical networks invite you to attend a series of free end of life care webinars around the topic of future care planning.

These events aim to deliver education around tools to support future care planning for any professionals who provide palliative and end of life care to the people of the North West in any setting.

The focus is on Early Identification, Advance Care Planning and Personalised Care, supporting people with life limiting conditions, Anticipatory Clinical Management Planning Guidance (including DNACPR) and digital record sharing.

The End of Life Partnership - Seventh Annual Conference

'Recover, Refocus and Reinvent'

There are global challenges ahead for future end of life care and these have only been accelerated by the Covid-19 pandemic. This conference aims to explore, discuss and reflect on how we can improve the future provision of palliative and end of life care.

Taking place in person featuring speakers Shaun O’Leary, Joint CEO, St Christopher’s Hospice, and Tom Hardie, The Health Foundation, amongst others. The programme also includes a choice of two out of five workshops.
