Third Party Integrator Approval Process for CCRS

As part of the move to the Cannabis Central Reporting System (CCRS), the updated third party integrator approval process has been posted and is available for immediate application submittal on the LCB website. Licensees should check with their third party software provider to determine if their provider intends to be added to the list of approved integrators who may have permissions delegated to report on the licensees’ behalf in order to ensure compliance with traceability requirements.

Integrators interested in the approval process may find the steps to apply for CCRS access on the CCRS Integrator Approval page on the LCB website. Applications must contain all of the required detail for WSLCB to begin processing the information. Incomplete applications will not be approved.

Integrators currently involved in testing will no longer have access to test under the Leaf approved Integrator list as of November 22, 2021 and should make sure to submit an integrator application according to the steps below.

As a reminder, if a third party integrator provides CCRS reporting services for licensees, the licensee remains responsible for the content reported. If a third party integrator does not complete the vetting process, or is determined to not meet the criteria established, licensees remain responsible for meeting their individual reporting requirements.

We encourage application submittal as soon as possible.
