Refugee Employment Program (REP) Housing and Utility Assistance for Ukrainians. Are you a newcomer from Ukraine who arrived in United States under Uniting for Ukraine (U4U) Program? Do you have a parole status as a Ukrainian Humanitarian Parolee (UHP) or Non-Ukrainian Humanitarian Parolee (NUHP)? If you do, then the following services are available for you: ◦ Housing and Utility Assistance. Application process is required for eligibility determination. If you are determined to be eligible services, then you may receive: ◦ Up to 50% Subsidy for Housing and/or Utility Assistance, ◦ For Maximum of 6-months, and ◦ Not Exceeding $10,000 per household for the cumulative 6-month period. AMERICAN SIGN LANGUAGE INTERPRETING SERVICES. We now offer American and Spanish Sign Language Video Remote Interpreting Services for deaf or hard of hearing the same day!
