The purpose of this meeting is to share information about a new housing funding source available for Skagit, Whatcom and Island County through HUD HOME American Rescue Plan (ARP). There will also be an opportunity for attendees to provide feedback and ideas about allocating that funding. This is the first of three information sessions, which will cover identical content.
