Take a holistic approach to your well-being with these upcoming programs:
Mindfulness: Emotional Resilience: Feeling overwhelmed? Worn down by serving others? Do you need in-the-moment tools to decrease stress? By cultivating mindfulness and compassion, we’re able to know our emotions more fully, respond to strong emotions more wisely, and cultivate and strengthen positive emotions — all of which builds resilience.
Mindful Communication: When we communicate mindfully, every interaction is fresh with opportunity and open to discovery. Mindful Communication helps us break down the complex process of communication, increase awareness of what's really going on, and bring greater clarity and kindness to our interactions.
