We all want to help our kids get back on track and stay on track for long-term success. With Governor Whitmer’s MI Kids Back on Track program, you can join the effort to help Michigan’s students soar.

Register to join MI Kids Back on Track and we will connect Michiganders, like you, with rewarding job and volunteer opportunities to use your time and talents to help our kids. You can make a difference and help children in your community throughout the school day or during an afterschool program.

Parents know firsthand the difference that personalized instruction can make. Whether it’s a third grader learning about the solar system, a 6^th grader getting better at fractions, or a junior sharpening persuasive writing skills—having a caring adult help can make a tremendous impact.

That’s why Governor Whitmer is also calling on the Legislature to invest additional funding to respond to unfinished learning. The program will operate across Michigan, and if funded, could offer all 1.4 million students in the state 10 hours of extra help with a qualified tutor.
