Filing a Do Not Call/Text Complaint*

We are committed to ensuring that Indiana's Do Not Call law is enforced. To achieve this, we need your participation in two very important ways.

First, file a complaint if you believe a telemarketer has violated Indiana's Do Not Call law. Provide, as completely as possible, all the information requested on the complaint form. Items noted with an asterisk (*) are especially important, as they indicate the minimum information the office needs to begin an investigation.

Second, your cooperation with our attorneys and investigators will enable us to investigate and resolve your complaint in a timely manner.

We require a complaint about possible use as evidence in court. You may either file a complaint online or download and print the applicable Do Not Call or Text Complaint Form, fill it out, sign the second page, and mail it to:
