CONFERENCE REGISTRATION RATES:

GENERAL ATTENDEES

  • Early Bird Registration - $350

    (August 1 - August 31, 2024)

  • Regular Registration - $425

    (September 1 - November 18, 2024)

  • Late Registration - $475

    (November 18 - December 7, 2024)

  • On-Site Registration - $525

    (December 8 - 10, 2024)

REGISTRATION INCLUDES BREAKFAST AND LUNCH ON DECEMBER 9-10, 2024

GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEE ATTENDEES

  • General Registration - $325

    (Through December 10, provided tickets are still available. Meals must be purchased separately at $75 per day.)

  • Pre-conference Workshops - $75 per 90 Minute Workshop

    (Workshop registration may be added to existing registrations by following the instructions in your registration confirmation email)

SPEAKER/PRESENTER REGISTRATION POLICY:

All in-person speakers and presenters are required to register for the conference. All accepted speakers/presenters will receive additional information to register online. If you have questions about registering as a speaker/presenter please contact Felicia Rateliff, Conference Coordinator.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Conference cancellations must be received in writing via email. Cancellations prior to October 15, 2024 are eligible for refund less a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations that occur between October 15, 2024 and November 1, 2024 are eligible for a 50% refund of registration fees. No refunds will be granted after November 1, 2024. Substitutions will not be permitted.
