This survey is from the State Library for Iowa libraries that hosted a summer library program for kids, teens, and/or adults. This survey should be completed by the main contact for your library's summer library program. If you are not that person, please forward this survey to them to complete.
Please have the following information handy (if applicable) in order to complete the survey:
- Total number of in person summer reading events for June, July, and August
- Total number of attendees (any age) for in person summer reading events for June, July, and August
At the end of the survey, there's an optional field to upload photos from your summer library program if you'd like to share. We'd love to see any fun programs or unique ways your library interpreted the theme!
By completing this survey by Friday, Sept. 30, 2022 and providing your contact information, your library will be entered to win a surprise variety pack of books for children and teens! (Note: one entry per library.)
