Welcome to the City of Santa Clara Residential Permit Parking Program.

Select streets have been designated by the City of Santa Clara City Council as Residential Permit Parking Areas.
Signage provides clear notice of the days and times of the parking prohibition.

To park on the street without being subject to a parking fine, residents need to apply for a Residential Permit for vehicle(s)
registered at the address within the Council approved Residential Permit Parking Area.

A fee is associated with obtaining a Residential Permit and/or the corresponding Guest Passes.

The Residential Permit Parking Program is detailed in the Santa Clara Municipal Code.
