A hiring event is scheduled for 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, at the Street Operations Division Building, 5001 James Ave. On-the-spot interviews will be available for street operations positions. Bring a résumé.

Applicants must have a high school diploma or GED, valid Texas driver’s license, a Class A or Class B driver’s license with a tank endorsement and two years’ experience operating motorized equipment.
