Dr. Cathy Foley, Chief Scientist of Australia, spoke during the general session of Quantum World Congress 2023 on "Making a Little Magic: Building Demand for Quantum.” Dr. Cathy Foley is the 9th-ever Chief Scientist for the country of Australia. Prior to this role, she served as the Chief Scientist for Australia’s national science agency, known as the Commonwealth Science and Industrial Research Organization.
