Alert issued 03-31-2025 at 02:22 AM. A Missing Vulnerable Adult Alert has been issued for Leandra McFadden, a 27-year-old black female from Franklin Square, Nassau County. The missing is developmentally disabled and may be in need of medical attention. Leandra was last seen pushing her daughter, Legacy McFadden, in a stroller. Description: 5'0" tall, 215lbs, with brown hair and brown eyes. Legacy was last seen wearing blue jeans, a colored top, black sneakers, and a silver jacket. Leandra was last seen wearing blue tie-dyed sweat suit and blue and white sneakers. Last Seen: Madison Avenue at approximately 5:00 PM on 03-29-2025.
