Overview
My Login is the account section of our website. Once registered you will be able to access South Staffordshire Council services anytime, such as paying a bill, asking for information or reporting a problem.
Using the My Login you will be able to do all of the following without having to visit or contact us:
- Manage your council tax, benefits, business rates or rent
- Subscribe to our garden waste collection service
- Book a bulky waste collection
- Make online payments
- Report issues such as fly-tipping and antisocial behaviour
- Make an FOI or EIR request
- Contact our housing and elections teams
