What is the Hotline Partner Toolkit and who should use it?

The National Maternal Mental Health Hotline Partner Toolkit is a one-stop shop for social media and print materials. Anyone may use these materials to promote awareness and use of the Hotline.

How should partners use the Toolkit?

Partners can use or adapt these outreach materials. They can build upon them to meet the needs of their specific audiences. We encourage you to take any items within the Toolkit and use them as a starting or finishing point towards promoting the Hotline. Use the Hotline Partner Toolkit materials and messages to connect help-seekers to Hotline services.

This content can help health care professionals and providers promote the Hotline through various platforms such as newsletters, social media, workshops, and even direct client services.

  • Engaging new parents

    Remind new parents to add the National Maternal Mental Health Hotline (1-833-TLC-MAMA | 1-833-852-6262) to their contacts list. The Hotline is free, confidential, and available 24/7 to help new parents and loved ones. You can text or call the number. Remind parents that, "You'll never know when you might need to call."

    If you provide information packets for expecting and new parents, be sure to include magnets and wallet cards in them.

Flyers can be placed in a variety of places like community centers, places of worship, clinics, rest rooms, patient rooms, schools, and counseling offices. All flyers are printer ready. Magnets

Magnets help to promote the Hotline phone number and provide visibility to Hotline’s emotional support and resources. Place magnets in office settings on file cabinets as a subtle reminder of this service. Distribute at events. Order magnets from the Hotline Catalog page

Posters help to promote the Hotline and can be used to educate and inform help-seekers of Hotline services and support. Posters can be placed in a variety of places such as community centers, places of worship, clinics, rest rooms, patient rooms, schools, and counseling offices.
