This survey will help the New Orleans Medical Reserve Corps and NOLA Ready team understand the interests and capabilities of our volunteers. We also looking to update your contact information, so that we can reach you easily throughout hurricane season. Please fill out all of the following questions. Are you going to be in New Orleans from June 1st - August 30th? *

Yes - I will be here all / most of the time!

I will be out-of-town for more than 3 weeks during the summer

I will not be in New Orleans at all from June 1st to August 31st

During the 2020 summer months (if you are in town), select your expected availability in comparison to your involvement throughout the rest of the year (select all that are applicable).

I will be more available during morning hours (8 am - noon)

I will be more available during afternoon hours (noon - 4 pm)

I will be more available during evening hours (4 pm - 8 pm)

I will be more available during nighttime hours (8 pm - 8 am)

I will be less available (due to my job, travel, family care, etc.)
