Public comments are received in person or virtually only during the public comment portion of the meeting. Video recordings or written comments are allowed, but must be emailed to us in advance. Each public comment has a maximum of 3 minutes or 180 written words per person. An extension to 5 minutes is available for those who request it as a reasonable accommodation. CART Captioning and ASL Interpreting Services will be available to the public. Any other accommodation requests should be emailed to gcpd@gov.texas.gov.
