Notice to exporters 2020/13: open general licences revised and revoked
Open general licences that include Hong Kong have been changed or amended to bring them in line with restrictions on China.

Details
Export Control Joint Unit (ECJU) has removed Hong Kong as a permitted destination from 20 open general export licences (OGELs), one open general transhipment licence (OGTL) and one open general trade control licence (OGTCL).
The notices to exporters collection brings together all notices published since August 2016.
