As a Building Management Specialist, you will provide property management services in both federal and/or lease locations to ensure customer agencies are housed in safe, secure, clean facilities. Property management services include operational, technical, administrative, customer service, and analytical functions.

The GS-11 salary range starts at $64,009.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
To qualify for GS-11, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience assisting in the management of a multi-level commercial office building (or equivalent non-housing high rise building) consisting of building mechanical system (i.e., HVAC, alarm systems, elevators, etc.). The GS-12 salary range starts at $76,721.00 per year. If you are a new federal employee, your starting salary will likely be set at the Step 1 of the grade for which you are selected.
