On behalf of Emergency Support Function #8 – Public Health and Medical Services of the Ohio Emergency Operations Plan and the Division of State Fire Marshall, we ask that all ambulance and ambulette services complete the attached brief survey concerning PPE and workforce protection.  It is imperative that all agencies complete this survey no later than Monday, March 30, 2020.  This information is vital to evaluation and planning for potential future responses to patients who are under investigation or who may have signs or symptoms and risk factors for COVID-19.
