Advisory Committee Application Selection

Thank you for your interest in Texas Health and Human Services advisory committees. The HHS Executive Commissioner is authorized by statute and rule to appoint members of more than 30 health and human services advisory committees. Appointments will be made in accordance with the statute or rule for each committee. Anyone wishing to apply for an advisory committee must complete the application for that committee using the specific guidance provided.

Please select the name of the advisory committee that you would like to apply for. Only committees currently seeking members are shown.

HHS employees must submit a completed, approved HR0302: Request for Clearance for Non-Agency Employment or Volunteer Activity with their application to be considered complete.
