What is P-TECH/ECHS?
Dallas ISD’s 25 P-TECH/ECHS campuses are making college accessible to more district students than ever — at no personal cost to students or their families.
Students can earn a high school diploma, up to 60 hours of college credit, an associate degree, along with career experience earned via hands-on learning, mentoring, and internships. Thanks to an innovative partnership with Dallas College, the University of North Texas at Dallas and Texas A&M - Commerce at Dallas, this opportunity is being offered to thousands of students.- Are you interested in tuition-free college classes?
- Would you welcome the opportunity to earn 60 hours of college credit, an industry certificate, and an associate's degree while attending high school?
- Could you see yourself pursuing on-the-job training in a technology pathway leading to well-paying career opportunities?
If the answer is "Yes!" to any of those questions, a P-TECH program is the place for you. See Dallas ISD's P-TECH programs here.
