Dec. 2 Meeting Scheduled to Discuss Bandemer Park/Barton Nature Area Pedestrian Connection Project

Archived News Release: November 23, 2020 - ​The City of Ann Arbor and the Washtenaw County Parks and Recreation Commission are holding an online public meeting Wednesday, Dec. 2, 7–8 p.m. about the proposed pedestrian tunnel beneath the railroad by Bandemer Park (https://www.a2gov.org/departments/Parks-Recreation/administrative/Pages/Park-Planning.aspx). The project team will review project goals, share the feasibility study recommendations and refined design based on community feedback and will discuss a proposal to extend the Border-to-Border Trail through Barton Nature Area. Thoughts and additional feedback are encouraged from the community before moving to next steps on this project.
