Publishing procedures

2011 Wisconsin Act 167 [exit DNR] went into effect on Aug. 1, 2012. This act requires the DNR to post hearing and permit notices on the department's website, in addition to newspapers. The date of posting on the DNR website now determines when the public comment periods end. If you have any questions about how this affects public comment opportunities, please contact Kristin Hart.
