WISEWOMAN Program
WISEWOMAN (Well-Integrated Screening and Evaluation for WOMen Across the Nation) helps participants understand their cardiovascular disease (CVD) risk factors and make healthy lifestyle choices.
WISEWOMAN is a federal program funded by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and administered in Michigan by the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
