A sailing vessel floats overturned after capsizing in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Sept. 22, 2021. After receiving notification that the sailboat’s operator had fallen into the water, a Coast Guard Station Lake Charles 29-foot Response Boat–Small crew arrived on scene, pulled the 23-year-old man from the water and transferred him to Veterans Memorial Park.
