2021 WAP Continuous Improvement Workshop Applications

The U.S. Department of Energy Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) seeks to engage WAP network stakeholders on tangible ways to improve program implementation through WAP’s virtual Continuous Improvement Workshops.

The first workshop is open to all WAP stakeholders and will focus on how organizational culture affects program implementation. The second workshop is open to WAP grantees and will focus on ways to improve the grantee plan update process as well as the usage and accessibility of various WAP resources. The third workshop is open to WAP subgrantees and will focus on ways subgrantees can assess their own success in WAP implementation as well as the usage and accessibility of various WAP resources.

The 2021 Continuous Improvement Workshops are planned to be held virtually on the dates listed below.

Workshop #1 (All WAP stakeholders): Thursday, April 29, 2021
Workshop #2 (grantees): Tuesday, May 18, 2021
Workshop #3 (subgrantees): Thursday, June 17, 2021

Participants should plan to dedicate the workday to the workshops, though there will be breaks scheduled throughout the workshop. Participants may cover their time with Training and Technical Assistance Funds.

Completed applications are due by 5 p.m. Pacific Daylight Time on Wednesday, March 24. Applicants will be notified of status by Wednesday, March 31.
