This workshop focuses on educating tenants on self-advocacy tips, lease options, selecting a rental, a financial sustainability. Topics covered will include overcoming potential renting barriers, helping participants prepare for sustainable housing, educating tenants going through an eviction on their rights and remedies, educating tenants on developing a positive rental relationship with their landlord, and providing financial education to tenants preparing for homeownership.
