Nominations are now open for Clermont's Outstanding Employee Awards!  You may nominate an employee in one or more categories. All that is required for a preliminary nomination is a paragraph or two about how this employee demonstrates exceptional work in the criteria for that category.  Please note that if your nominee wins at the school level, you may be asked to fill out a nomination form.

Outstanding Teacher – a teacher, librarian, or specialist (art, music, Chinese, advanced academics, literacy coach, PE, etc) who has three or more years in their career

Outstanding New Teacher - a teacher, librarian, or specialist (art, music, Chinese, advanced academics, literacy coach, PE, etc) that is within the first three years of their teaching career

Outstanding Principal - a current principal who has completed at least three full years as a principal

Outstanding Professional Employee - an employee with at least one year of employment with FCPS - these positions could include School Counselor, School-Based Technology Specialist, Technology Support Specialist, Psychologist, Social Worker

Outstanding Operational Employee – a support employee with at least one year of experience in the position – these positions could include Administrative and Office Staff, Custodial Staff, Food Service Staff, Instructional Assistants, Public Health Assistants, Public Health Training Assistants, Parent Liaisons

Note: The deadline to submit a nomination is November, 12, 2021.
