• Click on the eComment link next to the meeting of interest. If this is your first time using this system, you will be asked to create an account. After you do so, there will be a link to see all the meetings.
• If a specific meeting's agenda is not yet published, you cannot sign up or comment here until it is published. A meeting agenda is typically published by noon on the Friday before the meeting, if not earlier, so please check back frequently.
• The agenda will display along with register to speak and comment buttons for appropriate meeting sections and items on the agenda. 
• Your comment will be submitted to the Board for consideration.  
• To speak at the meeting, click Register to Speak. You will be emailed instructions on how to speak at that meeting.
