The Chair has adopted the amendments to section 442.2 of Title 12 NYCRR to correct several codes and update the Official New York Workers’ Compensation Durable Medical Equipment (DME) Fee Schedule.

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the July 14, 2021, edition of the State Register. The Notice of Adoption will be published in the December 22, 2021, edition of the State Register. This regulation’s effective date will coincide with OnBoard: Limited Release.
