I move to direct the Superintendent to develop a project management plan which will facilitate the re-engagement of students, families, community, staff and Board and county partners in the development of a strategic plan focused on student success and the realization of the FCPS promise for every student in Fairfax County.  The renewed strategic plan should be completed by July 2023.

Board member proposed follow on motion

1.  I move to direct the Superintendent to include a communications plan in this project management plan. This communications plan should be designed to seek input from demographics represented within the FCPS community. The Board shall have an opportunity to review such plan prior to implementation.
