The Chair has adopted amendments to 12 NYCRR 324.2, incorporating three new New York Medical Treatment Guidelines (MTGs) by reference:
- New York Eye Disorders
- New York Traumatic Brain Injury
- New York Complex Regional Pain Syndrome
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the October 13, 2021, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption will be published in the March 2, 2022, edition of the State Register. These MTGs are scheduled to become effective May 2, 2022.
