Celebrating the power of inclusion

National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) is held each October to commemorate the many and varied contributions of people with disabilities to America’s workplaces and economy. In recognition of the important role people with disabilities play in a diverse and inclusive American workforce, the theme for National Disability Employment Awareness Month (NDEAM) 2023 is “Advancing Access and Equity.”

DOL has a comprehensive social media toolkit with content in English and Spanish on their website

In Minnesota, the month is being marked in numerous ways.
