FCPS Outstanding Employee Awards

Our community has the opportunity to nominate CRS staff for the Outstanding Employee Awards! To learn more about the categories or to submit a nomination for Churchill Road Elementary Outstanding Employee, please complete one or more nomination forms below. You may nominate an employee in one or more categories. All that is required for a preliminary nomination is a paragraph or two about how this employee demonstrates exceptional work in the criteria for that category. The google form link has more information regarding the criteria for each of these awards and the eligibility requirements are below.

Please note: there are multiple questions on each form. You do not need to fill out every question, they are guiding questions to help make the nominations more in-depth, but only the name is required. The rest of the questions give the selection committee more information on why that employees should be the winner from Churchill Road.

Churchill Road staff that are nominated will be recognized at a later date this year and will have a chance to be acknowledged on a county level.
