To support value-added producers, MAFFIC draws on a statewide network of partners, including the Show-Me-State Food, Beverage and Forest Products Manufacturing Initiative; Missouri Agricultural and Small Business Development Authority (MASBDA); and University of Missouri. These partners view value-added production and marketing as a pathway for farms to innovate, capture more value, improve profitability and grow their economic impact.
